We have been asked to provide some entertainment and an exciting welcome back for all Cambridge teachers on Friday morning. This is a nice way to provide some Cambridge community and spirit for our school the first day for teachers. Leadership and any volunteers are welcome to attend to play some stand tunes and fight song for our teachers. We will meet in the band room and do a quick warmup at 7:15AM. Thanks for your assistance in providing this welcome. Parents are welcome to stay for the short performance in the front courtyard and take students home immediately following.

Old Soldiers’ Day Parade performance will require students to coordinate leaving practice on Friday evening with all equipment needed for the parade. This includes sousaphones and battery – so start talking now about vehicles that can facilitate the larger equipment getting to the parade site. Mr. Borger will return to Cambridge for approximately 1 hour after the conclusion of the parade for anyone that would like to bring instruments straight back to the school.

Reminder to please communicate all absences for these performances and rehearsals with your directors via email. We do miss you and require notification of absence for your exemplary attendance which impacts your letter in band and PE credit for marching band.

Thanks for reading all of the Blue Sheet every week – as always – feel free to email with any concerns and questions to and
