Use the jot form link (http://bit.ly/orderbandwreath) or QR code to purchase locally and have a band student deliver the week of Dec. 7th. On the form review the Sale Flyer to select your wreath.

If you are not local to our area, then follow directions on the Wreath Fundraiser Flyer below to order on the Vermont Wreaths website to have your order directly shipped to recipient. You can order this way until Dec. 1.

Remember to enter a band student's name so they receive sale order credit!
