Registration Checklist

ALL BAND STUDENTS

Aug 7JOIN REMIND: Text “@camband” to 81010 Allows you to receive text message reminders for the full band program – no marching band reminders will be sent from this account.
Aug 11Complete Charms Concert Band Forms (see instructions below)
Sep 20$150 Concert Band (Only) Participation (PEF) Fee Due (Students in Marching Band pay Marching Band PEF fees. See next page.)

  1. Login to Charms:

    • Go to www.charmsoffice.com
    • Click “Login” (in top right corner)
    • Click “Parents/Students/Members”
    • Enter School Code “CambridgeHSBand"
    • Click “Enter Charms”
    • Enter “Student Area Password” (upper left) – (Contact Ms. Groves at grovesk@fultonschools.org if you need password assistance).
  2. You should see several icons. Click on “Update Info” icon and update all student and parent contact info. This is how you will receive ALL COMMUNICATION from us this year so this info must be complete & accurate!

  3. Click on “Handouts & Files”
    • In the “School Files” Tab, select Informational Handouts & review all documents.
    • Select All Members–Mandatory Forms
      1. Membership Agreement Form - Download, print & complete.
      2. Volunteer Interest Survey Form - Click “Parent Survey” link & complete
    • In the “My Files” Tab, upload your signed & completed document

    Payment Options:
    • PayPal (+ processing fee) accessed in Charms
    • Cash or Check (place in sealed, marked envelope and drop in “Band Payments” Black Box in the Band Room)

    MARCHING BAND MEMBERS

    In addition to the All Members – Mandatory Forms above, you must complete the following:

    July 16Marching Band Payments Balance Due
    (See Charms “Finances (icon)” for your balance due. You may either make payments throughout the summer, as needed, or pay all at once. Please contact the directors with any financial concerns.)

    In Charms, click on “Handouts & Files” select Marching Band – Mandatory Forms. Download, complete and upload the following forms to the “My Files” Tab:

    • Physical Form – completed by physician
    • You must have a physical on file in order to attend band camp!
    • SH-1 (if needed)
    • SH-2 (if needed)
    • Emergency Medical Form
    • Driver’s License Copy
    • Insurance Card Copy
    • Band Travel Form

    Payment Options:

    • PayPal (+ processing fee) accessed in Charms
    • Cash or Check (place in sealed, marked envelope and drop in “Band Payments” Black Box in the Band Room)
    • Summer only option: Drop off at Cambridge front office, Tuesday-Thursday 8am-1pm
